Big Fishes Reef

This dive site is characterized by being a small agglomerated of rocks that has lots of marine life. It is a good place to do night dives. There may, however, be strong currents in the area.

The most common species are a variety of coral species, colored gorgonians, spanish dancers, shrimps and during October, November and December the perfect place to encounter Whale sharks!

This is one of my favorite dive spots regularly visited by the shops around Beau Vallon. When the current is ripping, it's a wonderful drift dive. There are lots of fun swim throughs for more experienced divers, make sure to let your DM know before hand if your interested in these. Awesome site for bumphead parrotfish, turtles, rays, and juvenile sharks. I know loads of people who have seen whale sharks and mantas here, though I was not one of the lucky ones.
