Reef Wall
Good Heart Reef begins in shallow part of Deep Turbo and runs parallel along Gili Trawangan's east coast sloping from the shore into deeper water. Coral bommies and outcropings protrude from sandy areas, each thriving with juvenile and smaller species of fish seeking shelter of the shallow waters. Large numbers of Butterflyfish, Damsels, Antheas and Angels can be found with Cuttlefish and Octopus. Small cracks are home to many Shrimp and Lobster, and during night dives Crabs, Eels and Spanish Dancers move along the slope hunting. This is a gentle drift dive for any level diver and great for macro photography.
