OCEAN FRIENDS is a Scuba and Free DIVING center located in Los Abrigos in the south of Tenerife. We are a team of expert instructors and dive masters; very experienced in the waters of Tenerife Island and passionates of the sea.
Our main goal is to transmit our passion for diving by taking you to discover the underwater world together and create not only a fun activity but try our best to make it an unforgettable experience. That is why we adapt our activities to the requests and needs of each client.

All our courses and activities are directed by certified divers. For first timers to the underwater world we offer: • Discover Snorkelling: interesting freediving spots that will allow you to discover the bottom of the sea in an easy way without scuba gear. • Try scuba (Baptism) or Discover Scuba Diving: first contact with the underwater world and full immersion experience. According to your wishes and requests we will organise this activity individually. We include a set of underwater pictures for you to remember this moment. • Open Water Diver: first level course that certifies you as a scuba diver. This certification will never expire and will allow you to dive all around the world. • Higher level courses and specialties: for certified divers that like to develop more diving skills: Advanced, Rescue Diver, Divemaster and Specialties (Night, Deep, NITROX, Wreck, Cave, scooter, etc.). • Scuba dive packages: we offer a wide variety of immersions in many dive sites around the whole island of Tenerife, from the shore as well as the boat. For those who would like to experience a different way of diving, we also offer diving with a scooter. We work with two scuba dive organisations: PADI and RAID. Experience with us the art of FREEDIVING: we offer courses, workshops, internships as well as pool and sea sessions to all levels of free divers. Learn how to apply relaxation, breathing and water yoga techniques to freediving and get to know a different you. We work with three freedive organisations: APNEA ACADEMY, PADI and RAID.
