Try Dive in the South of Tenerife

Welcome to your first underwater experience: the try dive.

This will be your first dive to discover the wonderful feeling of breathing underwater, without the sensation of gravity.

After a boat trip of 20 minutes to the dive site, you will have opportunity to snorkel a little bit before or after the dive. When your turn comes, you will join your personal instructor who will stay next to you during the whole dive, which will last about 20 minutes.

In maximum safety, you will discover the wonderful dive sites where we do all the try dives and snorkelling safaris, in these quiet and shallow places, you will be able to dive with many animals such as octopus, crabs, seahorses, rays and a variety of sea life.

Zero Gravity does the try dives individually, one instructor per person, increasing the safety and enjoyment of our customers to make you feel comfortable, safe and secure.

Snorkel safari in the South of Tenerife

Come to enjoy a 2 hours trip in a zodiac to explore the underwater world surrounding Tenerife.

The snorkel safari is the best activity for families with children, for groups of friends, couples... Together, you will bring back beautiful memories from your holidays.

How do we organize the safari?

When you arrive in the dive centre, the instructors give you a briefing about the activity. They will also provide the equipment, you will get: mask, wetsuit, fins and snorkel.

The boat takes about 20 minutes to reach the snorkelling site. We always bring you to nice places, with the best conditions for this activity: shallow water, without current. So the site might change depending on the conditions of the day. When you get there, the instructors show you the snorkelling areas. Then you have time fo enjoy snorkelling for about 1h20. It is possible to go in and out of the boat whenever you like.

Dives for certified divers in the south of Tenerife

Come to explore the fabulous dive sites around Tenerife.

Many divers visit us to discover the typical rocky shapes of this volcanic island. Tunnels, chimneys, holes, covered with a luxurious flora. The animals here are very special, 5 out of the 7 species of marine turtles inhabit the Canary Islands. We also can observe huge schools of fish like barracudas, but also crabs and invertebrates, seahorses, anemones, lots of colourful fish, trumpetfish, different kind of rays, the endangered angel sharks, and much more.

We organize all our dives by boat, the dive sites are located within 20-25 minutes by zodiac.

The price of the dive includes: equipment, instructor, boat transfer, bus transfer to the dive centre upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All divers need to show their certification cards and must have a valid diving insurance. It is possible to purchase the insurance for a day in the dive centre for a small cost.
