Located 20km North of Marsa Alam city, Marsa Shagra is a diving village boasting one of the most beautiful and well-protected house-reefs in the Red Sea region. Our unlimited house reef diving program allows you complete flexibility over your diving holiday, whilst giving you the opportunity to also visit some of the region's most famous dive sites including Marsa Abu Dabab, Elphinstone and Dolphin House (Shaab Samadai), as well as a host of other pristine and exciting reefs in the area.

The diving program of Red Sea Diving Safari is designed to accommodate any level diver from beginner to advanced and all aspects of the RSDS experience promote maximum diving enjoyment. As a PADI diving centre we offer a full range of courses to allow you to start diving, or continue your diving education. As a TDI centre we can also cater for technical divers.

Marsa Shagra is owned and operated by Red Sea Diving Safari - pioneers of diving in the Southern Red Sea. We maintain a minimal impact policy towards the environment and all aspects of the RSDS experience promote nature-based tourism. Our Eco-diving program offers a range workshops on different subjects, as well as environmentally orientated activities such as clean-ups and participation in scientific research.

Accommodation is available on site with a wide range of choices available from standard beach safari tents and royal tents, through to deluxe, air-conditioned en-suite chalets.
