The dive center at the beach is offering more than 400 qm space for your comfort. Personal equipment can be stored in the combined dry and store area. When it comes to quality of technical equipment, Lagona Divers don’t accept any compromise: compressors and Nitrox system receive regular maintenance by external specialists, the rental equipment is renewed nearly every year.

Being rated PADI 5 Star Golden Palm Resort and IDA 5 Star ITC all diving lessons are conducted under the rules and regulations of PADI, IDA (CMAS Germany) and SSI. Professional or beginner – the guides take care of their guests’ needs in small groups.

Lagona Divers would like to call “Elphinstone Reef” their house reef. But it’s just a little too far away from the beachfront to do so. Anyway, you will be able to see it directly from the diving terrace and diving there is one of the standard offers of Lagona Divers - Marsa Alam. The dive center also has got a “real” house reef, which you can dive into right from the jetty at the beach. There are many other well-known dive spots, like Abu Dabbab or Dolphin House, to explore. These spots are reached by jeep, zodiac or daily boats. Lagona Divers offer a big variety of diving: for any level of experience, for lovers of big fish as well as for macro addicts! 4-star-hotel “Happy Life Resort” is located 5 km north of Abu Dabbab and less than 25 km south of the airport of Marsa Alam. 185 rooms are located in beautiful buildings and in the center of the area you will find two swimming pools and different slides for the younger guests. Relax floating on the lazy river that is flowing around the pool area, train your underwater skills in the diving pool or watch kids playing in the kids pool. Several bars are there for your needs as well. And of course, when you are sunbathing at the beach on sun beds free of charge, you are never more than a few meters away from the next bar - or the reef.
