Nice dive sites with whale sharks a few minutes boat ride away. For the whale sharks snorkelling is better tough. A lot of the reefs around Sumilon Island was destroyed when I visited in June 2013 because of big storms but there was still things to see. Garden of eels were one of the better things we saw.
