Moana Cruising

About
Moana combines traditional atmosphere with all modern conveniences on cruises in the Komodo Nationalpark of Indonesia. She is a classic 30m Phinisi Schooner, able to take up to 10 guests. All cabins have air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms with water flush. Although built in a traditional style Moana is a modern sailing vessel built in 2004 with all the comforts of a new diving and cruising boat.
There are five cabins aboard Moana, - two double bed cabins, two twin-bed cabins and one family cabin. There is an air-conditioned indoor salon at the stern of the ship and a lot of deck area at the bow to relax. On deck you find a spacious dining table with romantic indirect lighting.
Moana is built from teak and ironwood, which lends a warm atmosphere.

Itineraries
Moana mainly runs 5 or 6 days dive safaris and snorkel tours. With 10 years of experience the Moana crew adjusts and draws a suitable itinerary to all guest’s comfort.

Arriving on Moana
The main service starts with the pick up from the Komodo airport in Labuhan Bajo (LBJ), Flores by Moana staff. After 10min drive on board there is waiting your welcome drink. A typical day aboard follows the theme dive-eat-sleep-repeat.

All trips on Moana include the following
• Full board. The Moana chefs cook a variety of Asian & International food. We do have vegetarian choices as well.
• Light breakfast buffet style (cornflakes, rolled oats, fruit platter, tea & coffee)
• Warm breakfast buffet style (diverse style of eggs, sausages, bacon, nasi / mie goreng, toast, dark brown bread and diverse spreads)
