SNOOBA is the name for a very old technique that was originally used by local fisherman. Using an air hose and regulator, you can explore beneath the surface of the water without having to use a tank. SNOOBA is ideal for exploring shallow waters (down to 3 meters) where there exists a large variety of fish and coral. The practice of SNOOBA is safe and perfect for kids from 6 years old and up.

In the costal waters of Zihuatanejo, you can find a great diversity of marine species at the many local dive sites. You can visit and explore coral reefs packed with tropical fish, huge volcanic rock formations or deep caves with, its unique and wonderful ecosystems. Maybe you would like to explore shipwreckd boats that have turned into mysterious artificial reefs. The sea basses colonized these artificial reefs in a surprising manner. An example of the explosion of sub aquatic life is the shipwrecked boat Fandango that sunk in front of la Ropa beach. It’s a sanctuary in the sea!!!! The King of Kings Get closer to The King of Kings, a representation in bronze of Jesus Christ, submerged by the peak in front of las Gatas beach. On its concrete base at a depth of 8 meters, on sandy bottom, this statue rises 4 meters and is accessible to everybody.
