I can only speak from a customer service point of view as I have yet to experience the on site experience of Master-Divers. But I am ready to state that this dive center offers tailored, on demand service customized to your needs and expectations. After having contacted several dive centers on Koh Tao including the ones with great reviews, Master-Divers is truly the only one in it's class when it comes down to objective advice and recommendations. They will not try and sell you courses or options you dont need unlike some (probably most) of the other Dive centers on the island. They have understood that you dont build a company with short sight on quick profit. It all starts with caring, and respecting your customer. Note that I am not affiliated with Master-Divers in any way, rather a customer happy to have found the needle in the haystack of dive centers....for online customer support at least. Eager to join in January and write a more comprehensive review of my experience.
