Scuba Diving in Tunisia

Tunisia has been known for years as a sun, sea and sand destination. Also Tunisia offers interesting Mediterranean diving opportunities. The area is surrounded by dolphin pods and one can enjoy a fascinating underwater world. Are you ready for relaxation, combined with an adventurous dive vacation? These are the areas and dive options that you'll find in tunisia!

Monastir is one of the most popular areas for diving in Tnisia. This area has more than 20 registered diving locations, suitable for both beginners and advanced divers. Alyssa Epave is a beautiful colorful coraal reef that descends to a depth of around 60 meters. You'll also find the Bhiri Wreck, a coral area frequently visited by dolphins and pilot whales -here you'll be able to do both snorkeling and wreck diving. The wreck of the HMS Manchester, which is at a maximum depth of about 80 meters, is just one of the many wrecks and coral areas that can be found here. This area has a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

In the area of Hammamet there is another polemic wreck, the MV Carbonia. This wreck can be reached from the shore in Hammamet and is therefore accessible without a boat. Due to its location at a depth of 70 meters you will need special training to dive this wreck.
