Sabang wrecks is a fairly easy dive site, situation just off the shore from Sabang. Unlike the description above, you only access it from shore if you are staying in Sabang. I was living on White Beach while doing my divemaster internship for 2 months so we would always come in by boat. There are 3 wrecks in the area, with one being slightly deeper than the rest. I dove here at least 15-20 times as it is a great dive site for beginners. You will get to know the Ephippidae (spadefish) in the area. Some dive shops (not the one I was at) are known to feed them, so these fish will always join you and come by to say hi (even if you don't feed them). The wrecks are known to have a lot of morays around them, and I'd say about 60% of the times we were there, we would see turtles, however they would generally take off once you approached them (all except my LAST dive here ever with my instructor and diveshop manager where the turtle decided to stay with us for 20 minutes, magical!). The visibility varies because there isn't much of a current here, and there is a LOT of boat traffic here, so if you go into the gardens (closer to shore where the turtles generally are) WATCH your buoyancy. It can get busy here with lots of diveshops in Sabang. There is lots to explore on this divesite and you can vary it in any direction you go, lots of cuttlefish, barracudas, morays, ghost pipefish, mantis shrimp and scorpionfish.
