Reef

House reef in Mabul is outstanding, either you are in the Sipadan Water Village, in the homestay or in the old oil rig. Usually these places offer free diving here with their packages and is crazy not to use it.
You can find lots of lion fishes, crocodile fishes, stone fish, small barracudas, potato grouper, etc... Everything! And during the night, mandarin fish.

I have dived this site many times, usually spending around 2-3 hours on the reef scouring through the coral and rubble for all the cool stuff. Macro diving heaven, loads of nudis, cuttlefish, pipefish, shrimps, crabs and the best of all at sunset; the Mandarin Fish. Love this site!

Wow! That is a really nice site. At 10m you can dive as long as you want and the place is full of life. But the best, night dive! Schools of lion fishes, lots of crocodile fishes and of course the mandarin!! Really recommended dive
