Cepe is a small fishermen’s village incrusted in a bay crammed with coconut trees, located at the Central coast of Venezuela 25 min from Choroni. To reach Cepe you will take a peñero (local motor boat) and sail along a wide range of mountains that reach over 2.000 meters covered by an evergreen rain forest that abruptly dive into the calm deep blue Caribbean Sea. Once in Cepe you can opt for camping or staying at Posada Puerto Escondido. The ever smiling resident family will personally assist you in all your needs and wishes. 9 cosy rooms await you and your crowd with a warm home feeling that everybody will certainly enjoy. Here you can settle down and rest after a day at the beach, a trip to the old cocoa hacienda or a swim in the mountain waterfalls. Short trips to other isolated beaches are also available. Diving in Cepe will always surprise you. We will offer you a range of more than 15 boat dive sites with depths ranging from 12 to 50 meters with an average visibility over 18 meters, sometimes 28 meters or more.
