Around the island you will find 35 - 40 different dive sites which offer anything the underwater paradise of Maldives has to offer. The wreck 'Maldivian Victory' can be dived after just a short boat ride and offers great wreck diving and is a regularly proposed dive excursion from the dive center. Banana Reef and Manta Point are two famous dive sites in the North Male Atoll and are as well just a short boat ride away. The tropical underwater world of the Maldives has a lot to offer divers of all levels and particularly in this area you will find a fantastic variety of underwater life as well as different types of dive sites such as wreck dives, channel dives, outside reef dives, dives on the most beautiful inside reefs and much more. For divers mantas are above all fascinating and are in this area from approximately May to October.
