Fun Dives

For certified divers who want to explore different dive sites in the Sulu Sea, side of Puerto Princesa City. Visibility can reach 30-35 meters at its best, and 15 meters at its worst. Sloping reefs, sandy patches, crevices, wall, rock formations, are some of its characteristics. Coral growth is very good and the density and size of fish species (territorials and pelagic) is abundant.

Scuba Review Program (Refresher Course)

What will you learn?

You’ll go over important dive safety concepts, dive planning essentials and problem management. Your PADI Professional will have you practice putting your gear together and doing a predive safety check with your buddy. In the water, you’ll review all the basic scuba skills with a focus on good buoyancy control.

Who should take this program?

Haven’t been scuba diving lately? Feeling a bit rusty? The Scuba Review program is just the refresher you need to brush up on your knowledge and skills. A PADI Professional will get you in the water having fun and feeling comfortable again. It’s quick and easy, and a good way to prepare for your next PADI course or get ready for adventure on a diving vacation.

Any certified diver who needs a refresher, pre-travel update, pre-assessment for a continuing education course or an upgrade from Junior diver can complete a Scuba Review.

Scuba Review is also great for non-certified divers who are referred to complete training or PADI Scuba Divers who are going on to Open Water Diver certification.

Awesome dives with the crew of Divepuertoprincesa! I have been diving in Port Barton and El Nido in Palawan, but my dives in Puerto Princesa are the best so far. Dive masters and crew are very helpful in assisting our group. Divepuertoprincesa knows where to take the divers out, whether big animals (barracuda, jacks, mackerels, tunas, turtles, sharks) and small creatures (nudis, ribbon eels, frogs, ghost pipes, etc).

I am a flight attendant from a top airline in the Middle East. The choice of vacation for me and my friend was in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. There I came across a dive center named Divepuertoprincesa. Did my PADI open water course while my friend Jamie joined in all of the four (4) open water dives, as her refresher course, since her last dive was three (3) years ago. Romel Carbonell was my dive instructor, who is knowledgeable in all aspect of the course. He is also personable and know how to have fun underwater and on the surface. My friend, Jamie, told me that her open water course was way to different and not as thorough as mine. Truly, I am very thankful to have been instructed by Romel Carbonell, who is a dive professional at the highest level! We are definitely coming back and book with Divepuertoprincesa. My friends are so envious and starting to ask for the details of our trip.
