Dive Beyru Thila

Cave Reef Wall

In the Halaveli region, at the nort east of Ari, there is this long reef / thila. Is a complicated dive and as is not protected, when the wind peaks or with strong currrents the sea is rough. There are caves and overhangs in both sides. Around there are always swimming tunas, napoleon fish and lots of snapper. Also, depending on the current and the murkyness of the water, eagle rays and grey reef sharks can be seen. South of this dive site and close to Madivaru there is Beyru Thila where the reef gets shallower. Some have seen hammerheads from this point swimming into the blue.
