nice and easy dive, you can enter at the end of the mole and just use the incoming tide to move you along. like all walls there isnt an abundance of fish visible but upon closer inspection they are everywhere. good for crays towards the end of the season!( make sure they are a legal size!!) small sharks have been spotted whilst diving here but they are usually only like 4-5 feet so its all good!!

Very nice sponge life, look under the ledges for schooling bullseye, squid, octopuses, eels, boxfish and of course the elusive western blue devil are all highlights of this dive. very enjoyable dive and best in the evening around 4 o'clock in the summer. Good for crayfishing.

The North Carolina in an English barque and sunk in 1880.She measures 62m/205ft in length and the bow and stern are almost intact.The 'dead eyes' make interesting photos, also look out for huge hogfish and large schools of fish.

This is an easy shore or boat dive for all skill levels. With moderate currents and a depth of 6-30 meters, the shallows have stands of elk horn coral and schools of blue tang.

Named after the large bommie her, North bommie is swarming with glass and cardinal fish trying to escape the many coral trout, coral cod and barramundi cod. It is a major cleaning station and you can see giant manta rays and turtles getting cleaned. there are two scorpion fish that live here, affectiately named George (the red one) and Wanda (white with black lines).

Less dived site in north of Abu Ramada island. Nice plateau on the north side and wall on the east side. This place is mostly dived with soth winds (not very often) and can have anything from mild to horrible current.Good place to spot turtles, barracudas, reefsharks, octopus and moray eels.

Big rocky boulders sea ground. Go N at a depth of 30m, there are three rock arches. In the area, there is also a pinnacle rising from 40 meters to 25 meters.Fish schoals, and occasional sharks and rays.

Expert back-up both above and under water is required. A slope runs to 15 meters ending in a wall which seemingly has no base due to its depth. Big snappers and grunts that do not seem to favor the southern reef can be seen around the North Rock. Sharks are a common sight but pelagic fish might not be plentiful as elsewhere in Tubbataha. There is superb Coral growth in this area, but a lower density of critters on show translates to few divers knowing about this site.

On the north side of the island is a gently sloping reef. The corals are not as colorful as in the classroom but the chances of seeing mantas, eagle rays, and marine turtles are greater in this area, as well as lobsters and a great assortment of reef fish call this home.

A sheer drop from about 7- 35 m makes that place an interesting dive site. Although not as many fish as in other parts of the island can be seen, the overhanging corals create a very special atmosphere. Pelagic fish such as tuna and mackerel are frequent.

Beautiful soft coral and varied marine life including frogfish of different colors, fire urchin hikers specially zebra crabs, candy crabs, and nudibranchs. Great macro. An amazing hangover (see left) could easily keep you busy for the whole dive.

This is a short wall at 24m, about 10m long by 6m high. Its nooks and crannies hide a wide variety of life including giant frogfish and nudibranchs. After investigating the wall, swim out from the wall into a sandy area which is home to a field of sea pens and many other critters, then let yourself get taken by the current on an amazing drift dive.
