I arrived with my girlfriend to Punta Cana for three weeks of holiday aiming at making at least 15 dives during our holiday. I carried all my dive kit from the UK paying lots of money for 30 kg of extra luggage for dive equipment. We went to the Sea Pro divers having read all the positive feedback about them and bought three separated dive packages. They insisted on taking all the money in Dollars upfront and in cash. We went to the dive school on the agreed day at 9 am to start the local dives, but the dive instructor told us that he has to reschedule our dives to be done four days later. We went back four days later but diving was re-scheduled again to the following day by the dive instructor, wasting three days of our holiday. We decided to cut the deal to only two packages. It took a long time to agree on a settlement and get a refund for the cancelled packages. We managed to do the first package of two dives in Catalina. On the agreed day to do the second package of two dives in Bahabibe we waited in the hotel reception from 6.30 for the bus to pick us up as agreed. Nobody showed up until 8.30. I checked if anybody left us a message in the hotel reception as I left our contact details in the dive school and asked them to let us know if there would be any change. There was no message and I was old that no body tried to call us in the room. I had to carry all my kit back to the room and go to the dive school on foot to check what is the problem. We had a long discussion with the dive instructor (Juan Carlos Batista) and the manager (Rudi) for more than one hour missing our breakfast, with no success, only claiming that they called us in our hotel to inform us of the cancellation of the dive for the day. After a long deal of arguments I managed to get a refund for my money having decided not to dive with them again. This was my worst experience ever in 13 years of diving all over the world for 600 hundred dives. I will never consider diving with them again and definitely would not recommend them to anybody else.
