Playa del Carmen, located in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean, has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. However, even though it is tempting to limit yourself to the white sand and turquoise water, to do so would be a mistake.

Everyone is invited to join activities of Scubacaribe which is the largest scuba diving and water sports center of Mexico and offers wide range of tours and activities with things to do for people of all age, from scuba diving and snorkeling to variety of fun excursions to the most popular attractions like swim with a whale shark .

One of the biggest attraction is diving in the wonderful freshwater cenotes which are sinkholes created by parts of land which collapsed. Feel the thrill of exploring this mysterious sweet water caverns with interesting stalactite and stalagmite formations and explore cenotes with us!

Another big attraction for our guests is a possibility of diving in Cozumel which is a part of the Great Maya Barrier Reef, a system that extends from the north of Yucatan to Honduras and is the second largest in the world. Constantly washed by Giana Current that has forged the coast of this coral island with mineral patterns during millions of years, this reefs offer one of the most spectacular and exciting diving experiences in the world.

Playa del Carmen offers also great opportunities for fun of drift diving. Those could be interesting in diving in artificially flooded fishing boat Mama Viña.
