Boutique Beach Dhigurah

Boutique Beach is located on Dhigurah which is in the famous whale shark area in the South Ari Atoll. Our hotel is located just a minutes from the beach of Dhigurah. It’s a marine protected area from the government, where WHALE SHARK & MANTA RAYs are seen every day.
BB DIVE is a PADI registered 5* Dive resort and also has the only NITROX compressor on the island. New diving equipment, BCDs, regulators, computers etc are all available to hire with snorkels and masks FREE to anyone booking a package at Boutique Beach.

Our fibreglass dive dhoni (traditional boat) is set up for both diving and snorkelling and features a toilet, sundeck and tea,coffee,water and soft drinks. Beach towels are also provided for BB guests. There is also a speedboat for experienced divers to visit sites further away.
PADI dive courses are available and our diving instructors can teach you how to dive with patience and a personal service dedicated to your own needs and ability.
Our dive team will visit the hotel every evening at dinner to talk to all our guests and develop a dive and snorkelling plan for the following day, a plan designed to give the best experience possible for all our guests.

More information about Boutique Beach Dhigurah: Dhigurah, (meaning long island) is in South Ari Atoll, about 20 minutes by plane from the capital, Male’. The island is 3 km in length which is considered to be a reasonably long island in the Maldives. With more than 3 km of natural white sandy beach, it is also considered to a beautiful inhabited island.
