Apnea Bali offers formal freediving education according to Apnea Total and SSI systems. We provide personalized trainings, competition preparation and workshops concerning specific freediving skills. We run freediving courses from beginner to Instructor level with internships options.
Our goal is not to give you a certification. We want you to become real freediver. We maintain high standards of our courses tailoring each course to student’s needs and progress. We keep groups very small in the water. Maximum ratio instructor per student is 1:3. So the training is very personal and the progress is very fast.
We are most experienced freediving instructors on Bali with extensive background in recreational and competitive freediving and teaching. We introduced to freediving hundreds of students in Bali, Thailand and Egypt.

We are experienced and passionate freediving instructors who have introduced hundreds of students to this amazing sport. We would love to share this experience with you. We can offer you a safe and fun freediving experience whatever your level is, and an opportunity to challenge and surprise yourself by reaching depths of up to 20 meters in just 2 days! And if you’re already a freediver and want to push you limits or challenge yourself, we would love to hear from you too. We can provide you with the personal training plan and coaching to help you achieve your goals.
